1. What Greenflow Labs provides
Greenflow Labs is a professional idea evaluation service. You submit a description of a business idea, our internal evaluation team reads and scores it, and we tell you the outcome in writing. Where an idea clears evaluation we may, with your consent, present it to investors we work with.
No payment made to Greenflow Labs buys a security, a share, a unit, a token, a return, or any interest in any entity. No payment is a contribution to a fundraise or a donation to any cause. The only thing a fee purchases is the evaluation described in these terms.
2. Who may use it
You must be 16 years or older to hold an account, and you must confirm this at signup. You must submit only ideas you are free to share. Founder accounts and reviewer accounts are separate systems; you may not use one to access the other.
3. Submission window
Submissions are accepted from the 1st to the end of the 10th of every calendar month. Outside that window you may write and save a draft, but no idea enters evaluation and no fee is charged. Each submission is evaluated in the window it is paid for.
4. Fees
The fee is ₹250 per idea per submission window. It is charged once, at submission, and is non-refundable, because the evaluation is performed regardless of the outcome. Payment must succeed before an idea is recorded; if payment fails, nothing is submitted and nothing is charged.
5. Evaluation and outcomes
Every submission is read by a human reviewer and scored on feasibility, market fit and originality. An idea moves through Submitted, Under review, and then either Investor search and potentially Funded, or Not selected with written feedback. Scores and internal notes are our editorial judgement; we do not guarantee any particular outcome, investor introduction, or funding.
6. Creator equity
If an idea submitted through Greenflow Labs is funded and a venture is formed from it, the original creator permanently retains 8% equity in that venture, issued at incorporation. The figure is fixed and is not negotiated up or down. This applies only where a venture is actually formed and funded through Greenflow Labs, and is documented in the venture's own constitutional documents.
7. Ownership of your idea
You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting, you grant Greenflow Labs permission to read, score, store and internally discuss your submission, and to present it to investors where it clears evaluation. We do not claim any intellectual property in your idea, and we do not publish submissions publicly.
8. Limits and changes
Greenflow Labs is provided as described and not as financial, legal or investment advice. Our liability in connection with any submission is limited to the fee paid for that submission. We may update these terms; material changes are notified to account holders, and the version in force is the one published here at the time of your submission.
1. What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number, your age confirmation, the content of every idea you submit, and the payment records associated with those submissions. We also keep the status history and reviewer feedback attached to each idea.
2. Why we hold it
To verify who you are, to evaluate your submissions, to notify you of status changes, to keep an auditable record of payments, and to present cleared ideas to investors with your consent. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your submissions to train anything.
4. How long we keep it
Submissions and their status history are retained while your account exists, so that you keep a permanent record of what you sent and when. Payment records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time.
5. Your control
Write to us to get a copy of everything we hold on you, to correct it, to withdraw consent for investor introductions, or to have your account deleted. We respond within two working days and complete verified requests within thirty days.
6. Security
Access to submissions is limited to named reviewers, authentication is by one-time code to your registered mobile number, and founder and reviewer systems are kept separate. If a breach ever affects your data we will tell you what happened and what we did about it.
